We will be spending the next week celebrating our wonderful EHT Staff during “Staff Appreciation Week”. I know you share my thoughts on how amazing these wonderful professionals are and are grateful for all they do every day to work with our youngest learners. Please join me in giving them a huge THANK YOU for all they do above and beyond for your children.
If you are interested in making any donations, please refer to the Parent Club flier that was sent home.
The Primary Scholastic Bookfair is around the corner. It will begin May 8th. The librarians from Swift and Slaybaugh Elementary, Ms. DeNaples and Ms. Ricci, have been working hard to organize this special event. Information will come from your child’s teacher, but below is some information. We have time for families to check out the book fair on Thursday, May 11 from 5 pm to 7 pm during the Preschool Spring Festival Family Night that will be held at the Slaybaugh Primary School.
The Bargaintown Scholastic Bookfair is scheduled for the week of May 15 to 19. Ms. McCarron has worked hard to organize this event and schedule a time for families to come to Bargaintown and check out the book selection. The Bargaintown Bookfair Night will be on Wednesday, May 17 from 6 pm to 7:30 pm. Information is below and will be coming out from your child’s teacher.
Lastly, the students are getting excited because our class trips to the zoo begin next week.
Sincerely,
Joe Marinelli, Principal
