Please be advised that the City of Monterey Park notified us this evening of work in the neighborhood starting TOMORROW. Please see the map below. Note the dates on the flyer are typos. Correct dates/times are:

FRIDAY 2/9/24 from 7am - 4pm

Affected streets are: Ladera, Grandeza, Cumbre, Alzado, Cerco Alta and Sierra Alta
(red side of the street)

SATURDAY 2/10/24 from 8am - 3:30pm

Affected streets are: Ladera, Grandeza, Cumbre, Alzado, Cerco Alta and Sierra Alta

(blue side of the street)

Slurry Seal - Mon 2/12 🚧

Please be advised that the City of Monterey Park posted signage today in the parking lot. City contractors intend to pave portions of Casuda Canyon and Pat Carroll Way. Access to the area and Highlands Park area will be limited to vehicular traffic.

MONDAY 2/12/24 from 7am to 5pm (no school, AUSD holiday)

Affected streets are: Casuda Canyon (both sides) from Garvey to Barranca and all of Pat Carroll Way (city and school parking lots). See map areas marked in purple. Please review the memo below for important information about parking and trash collection.
