Valley Flash will be hosting our second year of Sprint Throw Jump Run, open to ANYONE aged Kindergarten - 6th grade (if they don't have a middle school track program available to them). Please ask if you have a PreK—we will take on a case by case basis.
It is a developmental track and field program that includes age-appropriate event work in sprints, hurdles, distance, relays, long jump, high jump, shot put, javelin. For 5th and 6th graders, there will also be discus. Our coaches are USATF Level 1 and 3-step certified. We will also include strength training, core, balance, agility, mobility, and nutrition/hydration/sleep. There will be an intra-squad meet at the conclusion of this program, on Saturday, May 9. Athletes will be able to choose 4 events to compete in, including being a part of a relay team.

- Cost: $150/athlete ($25 sibling discount) plus USATF membership; shirts/cinch sacks included
