St. Joe Newsletter
April 13, 2026
Hello Bobcat Families,
We hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!
This week we will begin the ILEARN assessment for students in 3rd-8th grade. Students will test during the window of April 13-April 24. Please avoid scheduling any appointments at this time. Students should get plenty of rest and a healthy breakfast each day. We know they will do great and rock this test!
I also want to remind all families to re-enroll for the upcoming school year. K-8 families will use the link below for online registration. Preschool/PreK families can use the enrollment forms provided. Please let us know if you have any questions!

Classroom Theme Baskets
On May 2, 2026, our parish Haiti Outreach group is excited to host our first event since 2022, Hearts & Hands for Haiti. This year’s Caribbean Nights: Whole Hog Roast Dinner, Dance & Auction will be an evening of food, fun, and fellowship.
Our goal is to raise over $100,000 to support our sister parish in Haiti by repairing and expanding their church and adding a second story to their overcrowded school—providing both more space and a new roof.
As part of the event, we will hold live and silent auctions. Each St. Joe class is invited to create a themed basket for the silent auction. Grade level themed baskets are lifted below, and families are asked to donate cash or an item or gift card that matches the theme.
Even small contributions make a meaningful impact—supporting education, faith, and hope for families in Haiti. Thank you for your generosity, and we hope to see you at the event! Please have items/giftcards/cash sent to your child's homeroom teacher by Wednesday, April 22nd so that we can put together the classroom baskets. Thank you so much!
