Event moved to March 6th
Due to the amount of snow days we have endured in second semester, we believe that giving our scholars another week to fully prepare for their Black History Month Showcase we create better results! Our Black History Month event will now be March 6th from 5:30-7pm. There will be a 4th and 5th grade Creative Collective from 5:30-6pm in the gymnasium. From 6-7pm, we will have an open house for students in all grades to showcase their academic work related to Black History Month in their classrooms and dinner from local and Black owned businesses will be served in the cafeteria.
**There will be a complete 4th and 5th grade music program scheduled for 4th quarter.
February 24th-27th
We will still be hosting our Scholastic Book Fair this upcoming week, February 24th-27th. Due to the Black History Month event being moved, there will be a mini art show celebrating our 5th grade artist the evening of February 27th. The book fair hours are as follows:
Monday: Students will preview the book fair with their teachers.
Tuesday: Opens @ 7:30am for Donuts with Grown Ups until 3pm.
Wednesday: Open 9am-3pm
Thursday: Open 9am-6:30pm (Last day!)/5th Grade Art Fair 5-6:30pm.
