Dear Families,

Over the next few days, we’ll be working together to raise $15,000 for school improvements at Neihardt Elementary. Every student will take part through character lessons, school incentives, and a fun Event Day.

Here’s how you can help:

👍 Register your student at MyBooster.com. Search for “Neihardt Elementary.”

💵 Donate and ✉️ share. We are aiming for each family to share with 10 people.

🎁Earn class rewards. Our class will earn fun rewards based on how much we raise on our classroom tracker. I will keep you updated!

🎉 09/16/2026: Event Day. Our big celebration for Neihardt Elementary School Fun Run.

Listed below is the schedule for when each grade will be running on September 16th.

8:50 am -9:20 am - 2nd Grade

9:25 am - 9:55 am - Kindergarten

10:00 am -10:30 am - 3rd Grade and AM Pre-K

10:35 am -11:05 am - 5th Grade

11:10 am -11:40 am - 1st Grade

11:45 am -12:15 pm - 4th Grade

1:20 pm -1:50pm - Full Day Pre-K and PM Pre-K

The Fun Run Committee is looking for volunteers to help with the distribution of prizes each day leading up to the Fun Run. We are also looking for volunteers the day of the fun run with distributing popsicles, check in table, and other duties.

Calling all Shield Shop Volunteers. We need your help on Wednesdays and would love to have volunteers come in and help at the tables by assisting the students while they Shield Shop. If you are able to volunteer, click the Sign Up Genius link below.

Important information for 3rd - 5th grade parents

Ipad insurance for 3rd, 4th and/or 5th grade student(s) is available if you choose to purchase it. The insurance for your student's device will not be activated until the $15 fee is paid. Please send $15 (cash or check) in an envelope to the school office marked with your child's name.

You also have the option of paying by credit/debit card. Parents may access Schoolpay by going directly to www.schoolpay.com or by clicking the “Pay Fees” button on the Fees screen in the Synergy ParentVue Application. If you click the button in ParentVue and are NOT yet registered in Schoolpay, it will take you through that process. NOTE: Online credit card transactions have a convenience fee that will be added to your total.
