We are only weeks away from relocating students and staff to the Phillips Building and Lowell West. We have created several documents to illustrate how much thought and planning has gone into preparing for the move.

I have written the documents using google forms and converted them into S'more Newsletters to allow everyone in our community full access. The S'more platform enables documents to be translated into the family's home language. However, documents can be challenging to navigate when formatted on the S'more format. The content is the same in both forms. I'll let you choose which one you prefer.

I understand the awesomeness of this process. This week, I will be offering family meetings to hear feedback and answer questions. Sessions will take place via zoom.

I know many of you are eagerly waiting for exact times and locations for your bussing schedule. They will be communicated to you early this week. There are exceptional criteria we need to meet to finalize this plan. It has taken a little longer than expected to provide the best method for our families. Your cooperation and understanding are gratefully appreciated.

The following week we will hold three caregiver forums to answer questions related to our move. The parents' meetings will take place:

We will also hold parent forums for our families who need an interpreter. Those meetings will be announced soon.

A few parents have asked if they can tour the Phillips Building and Lowell West before the first day of school on February 28th. Yes!

Tuesday, February 22nd, parents and their children are welcome to come by the building and take a tour. We will hold three tour times: 9:00 am, 11:00 am, and 1:00 pm.

Friday, February 25th, we will offer the same opportunity to families of the Phillips Building.

These are not official Open Houses, and teachers will not be on site. Mr. Chen and I will be there conducting the tours.
