Happy Sunday!

We had a short, but productive week.

Please check out all the tributes to veterans our students created! It is really impressive. Thank you to Ms. Donehey for all her hard work to ensure we honor our veterans!

This week we also kicked off Kindness Week by introducing Praise Paws. We will continue next week by encouraging students to write (or draw a picture) of a time when someone was kind to them. Students' paragraphs will be entered into a raffle and if picked, students will be able to read their paragraph over the loud speaker for the whole school next Friday. In addition, we will celebrate kindness by wearing Pink, Green or a Kindness shirt next Friday.

The Weymouth Food Pantry will be distributing Thanksgiving dinners on November 19th at the high school. This is open to all Weymouth residents in need of assistance, there are no requirements other than signing up in advance: https://www.weymouthfoodpantry.org/sign-up-for-a-meal

Thank you so much to the Parent Council for organizing and running the bake sale during the elections. They raised a lot of money for the 5th grade! Thank you also to those who contributed baked items or supported the bake sale.
