Students should download, print out, bookmark, or find another way to save a copy of the testing grid for their personal use. In addition, students may check the Advanced Placement website https://elcamino.sanjuan.edu/academics/programs/advanced-placement
to review required items to bring on their AP exam days as well as the list of prohibited items. Students may bring bottled water and light snacks which may be consumed during scheduled break times, but they may not bring other food items and beverages into the testing location. There are also reminders and helpful resources students can access to prepare for their upcoming exams. Of course, students should work closely with their AP teachers and their peers and are encouraged to peruse and utilize available study guides in their AP course rooms.

Artist of the Week
Among tens of thousands who apply, only 500 get in. Mr. Zysk wishes to celebrate the news of an immensely versatile creative at El Camino Fundamental High School. Abel Cox is the first from our site to be accepted to CSSSA: the California State Summer School for the Arts.
"CSSSA is the premier pre-professional training program for high school-aged artists in California. We are committed to providing transformative opportunities that empower students to pursue their artistic passions while preparing for a successful future in the arts and beyond."
To get a sense of the intensity of the program, click this link.
This summer, Abel will travel to CSU Pomona and live on campus for a month. Surrounded by brilliant peers and leading professionals in the arts, Abel will not be the same when he comes back. I know, having been an assistant to this faculty in 1993, that CSSSA changes lives.
Let us acknowledge the very hard work and state recognition of this amazing junior! We are so proud of you, Abel!
