π¬ A Note from Mr. Zach DeVito
Happy Halloween Jaguar Nation!
We had a great Red Ribbon Week with students and staff dressing up and showing school spirit each day. We averaged around 500 students participating daily, which truly shows Jones pride and support for Red Ribbon Week.
Congratulations to Ms. Larizza and our Theatre students for putting on an amazing Beetlejuice performance! This is not an easy musical, and our students did a fantastic job in our first-ever fall musical. Special thanks to the staff members who contributed to this success β Mr. Roark for set creation, Mr. Grissom for building the Sandworm, Ms. Castaneda and Ms. Sensenich for vocal support, and Mr. Boyd for sound and tech.
Next week, weβll wrap up the football season with our final games and finish strong with district volleyball tournaments! If you havenβt already, follow us on social media β our yearbook and broadcast students are sharing pictures from each event on our website, Facebook, and Instagram. They are truly producing some great media!
We would also love to invite all members of our Jones community to our Veterans Day celebration on the morning of Monday, November 11. Please see the link below for information on how to register your veteran to be recognized during our breakfast and enjoy an amazing morning of music and gratitude as we honor those who have served.
Has your student lost a water bottle, hoodie, or lunch box? Itβs probably in our Lost and Found! All unclaimed items will be donated the Friday before Thanksgiving. Please see the pictures below and remind your student to check. We also recommend labeling hoodies and water bottles with names to help them find their way back home.
The Jones Administration Team would like to wish everyone a safe and fun Halloween! Enjoy the festivities and have a great evening with friends and family.
Have a great weekend! Go Jags!
