PLEASE NOTE:

Math and elective teachers will be meeting separately from team conferences. Please make sure to schedule an additional conference with these teachers.

Purple team will not be meeting as a team and will be holding individual conferences. If your child is on the Purple team, please schedule individual conferences with your child's ELA, Social Studies, and Science teachers.

7th grade team conferences are student-led conferences. Please sign up for a time when your child is able to join you.

We're looking for local businesses and professionals to partner with for our career fair on April 17th. The time commitment would be from 7:30am to 11am.
We are hoping to find local businesses to speak to our kids about their career fields and professionals who are able to offer insight to our students about resume building, soft skills, and interviews.

Yearbook order forms have been distributed to students. This is the first time orders have been accepted this school year. Yearbooks are $18.00 and orders are due by Friday, February 28th. ELA: Ms. Kraushaar

We’ve begin our next unit, writing about reading. Students are rereading a book of their choice and will be writing in depth about it. We dipped our toes into the water this week by reading a short story and practicing writing deeply about our thinking while still writing in a way that shows off our creativity!

Science: Mrs. Tobey

Students learned about the digestive system and the respiratory system this week. Ask them what it felt like to breath with a restricted airway. Next week, we will be learning about the skeletal and muscular systems.
