Please fill out the following health form to select what you want or don't want your child to learn in class regarding health topics.

You are your child’s primary educator and the most important influence on your child's health decisions. The QuaverHealth.PE lessons are designed to reinforce what you teach at home.

I have started highlighting students who are being successful in their extra curriculars outside of school on the morning announcements. If you ever snap a video of your child doing something exceptional at sports, dance, gymnastics, music, church, or in the community please share it with me so I can highlight them for exemplifying the 7 Habits outside of school. Keep videos to under 30 seconds. You can submit it above in the blue "submit pictures of your students" button.
