Principal's Message
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we embark on this exciting week at Van Wert, I want to thank you for your ongoing support and partnership. This week is especially meaningful as we celebrate two important events: the spirit of the Special Olympics and the upcoming Georgia Milestones Assessments.
The Special Olympics week is a wonderful opportunity to highlight inclusion, perseverance, and the unique talents of all our students. It’s a time to encourage our children to embrace their abilities, cheer each other on, and celebrate diversity within our school community.
At the same time, we are preparing our students for the upcoming Milestones Assessments. Our pep rally is designed to motivate and inspire confidence as they approach these important tests. With your encouragement and our collective support, we believe our students will approach their assessments with courage and a positive attitude.
We appreciate your role in fostering a supportive environment at home and in school. Your encouragement, belief in their abilities, and participation make a significant difference in their success and well-being.
Let’s work together to make this week memorable—full of celebration, encouragement, and community spirit. Thank you for all that you do to support our students’ growth, both academically and personally.
Warm regards,
Will Zwingmann, Ed.S.
Principal
