Thank you to all the dads and father figures for attending our Donuts with Dad’s Celebration on Thursday. It is always a blessing to take the opportunity to come together and celebrate the work of our community members. Thank you for all that our dads do.
On Friday, we celebrated our first adoration with Benediction. This is a special time that we spend together once a month in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament, and I want to say how impressed we are with our new students learning to be still and pray for the first time. Good job!
Looking ahead, I want everyone to remember that there is no school on Monday, 9/15, as teachers in the building are undergoing professional development and spiritual formation. Also, next Friday, September 19th, we will be having our first fire drill at 9:00 am. Teachers will be reviewing those procedures with students next week to help them be prepared in case of a fire emergency.
With Faith & Hope,
Patrick (P.J.) Greer
