Picture Day is Coming - Friday 9-26
Get ready to smile, because Picture Day is just around the corner! On Friday, September 26, students will be taking individual and class pictures for the year.
Here’s everything you need to know:
Look Your Best!
Whether you love dressing up or just want to show off your favorite t-shirt, wear something that makes you feel great. And don’t forget to brush your hair (and your teeth)!
Be On Time!
Pictures will start first thing in the morning, so it’s important to be at school on time. No one wants a rushed photo! The photography schedule will run all day.
Order Forms
Picture order forms will be sent home soon, so please keep an eye out. There is also a link to order online this year, see information below.
Practice That Smile!
Try your best grin in the mirror this week. Big teeth? No teeth? it’s your photo!
We can’t wait to see everyone’s shining faces on Friday, September 26. Let’s make this Picture Day the best one yet!
Link to Barksdale's (our school photographer) website for online orders.

Need a Winter Jacket? Our School Can Help!
As the weather gets colder, it’s important for everyone to stay warm and safe during the winter months. Just a friendly reminder that we will go outside for recess even when it gets cold outside. We are thrilled to share that, thanks to the local Rotary, our school is able to help provide winter jackets for students who need them!
If your child is in need of a new (not used) warm winter jacket, please reach out to our school nurse. We’ll make sure they get the right size and have a cozy jacket ordered just for them.
We want every student to feel comfortable and ready for the season, no one should have to be cold this winter!
To request a jacket, contact the school nurse (Carol Alexis – Calexis@neshaminy.org) directly. We’re always here to help!

School Expectations
SWPBIS stands for School-Wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports. It is a program that focuses on prevention through the creation of a school culture that is positive, safe, predictable and consistent.
Each grade reviewed expectations for the Cafeteria, Bathrooms, Hallways, Recess, and Classrooms. With the conclusion of these talks we have begun to enforce the school expectations.
