The results are in! An overwhelming majority of those who took the survey chose to have the time of Culture Festival family visits be 1-3pm.

We are changing the date; however, to be on Friday, November 16th. Thank you for your feedback and flexibility. I think that this is a great way to end our week and head into our Thanksgiving week off of school.

Since the weather was horrible on the original date of this month's drill, the evacuation drill has been rescheduled to this week on Tuesday, October 23rd.

The open enrollment period for Flexible Spending Accounts for 2019 will be from November 1st, 2018 through November 21st, 2018. This process will need to be completed online through Helpside’s employee portal. If any of you need help with their username or password, please contact Maddie@AcademicaWest.com via email or 801-444-9378.

As a friendly reminder, FSA elections do not roll over from year to year. Full-time employees are eligible for a FSA.
