JUNGMAN VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Dear parents/guardians:

In an effort to increase family engagement and involvement, we will continually share upcoming volunteer opportunities through the family bulletin.

To volunteer to support, parents/guardians must be CPS-Approved volunteers. Below, please find the application to become a CPS-approved volunteer. For the most part, parents need to be Level 2 volunteers to support the opportunities that will be in this update. Information about the CPS Process for volunteering can be found HERE.

We are so fortnuate to have a company sponsor our students for some Holiday Cheer! We need about 5 parents to help with this project. It would require you to come on Monday, Dec. 16th to help us receive and organize the gifts (usually around 2:00 pm-4:00 pm). THen on Dec. 18th, we need parents to help us pass out the gifts to our students from 2:45-4:00.

On December 20th, we are looking for a few parents to help with incentives for our attendance and Regal Movie fundraiser. The attendance incentive will take place in the morning and last about 2.25 hours. During this event, you will help support 1 station with a winter themed game. We need about 5-6 parents to support.

In the afternoon, the grade band that won the Regal Movie incentive needs support to help supervise during their movie and snack time in the gym. For this we need about 4 volunteers.

Sometimes other volunteer opportunities arise such as the need for an extra chaperone, recess aid, additional school office support for things like picture day, someone that can help put up some bulletin board, or set up cases. If you are interested in other opportunities, please fill out this form and if something comes up, we will reach out.

This form will gauge your availability and willingness so when these things arise, we know we can reach out to you.
