A Message from the Principal
We are very excited for our Highlander Bazaar and Holiday concert that will take place this Wednesday, December 13th. The Holiday Bazaar is from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm and our elective teachers and club advisors will be selling items they have made to support their programs. We will have baked goods, items made in woodshop, hand made holiday cards, plants, and so much more. Please bring cash to purchase items that typically run between $3 - $15 depending upon the item. Yearbooks will be for sale and can be paid for using cash or check. PTA will be selling Hewes Pajama Pants and those can be paid for with cash or card. The Holiday Concert will start at 7 pm and will feature the Hewes Band and the Hewes Choir performing songs of the season. We are so excited to see you on campus this week, please join us for a fun-filled evening and a wonderful community event.
We continue to collect items for Operation Warm Wishes and CHiPs for Kids. Please see the flyers in this newsletter with specific donation requests for Toys and Socks. The deadline to turn in toys for CHiPs for Kids is December 13th and the deadline to turn in toys and socks for Operation Warm Wishes is December 19th. Thank you for your support for these organizations.
