City Project Affecting Student Drop-off and Pick-up
We Want to Hear From Our Families!
We Want to Hear From Our Families!
Your voice matters! As we continue working together to support our students and strengthen our school community, we invite all Pablo Tac families to review and provide feedback on our Family Engagement Policy and School Parent Compact.
These documents outline how our school and families can work together to support student learning, academic success, and the overall well-being of our students.
Please take a few minutes to review the documents and share your thoughts, suggestions, or questions. Your feedback helps us ensure that our family engagement practices reflect the needs and priorities of our school community.

Vista Community Clinic Dental Screenings
Healthy Smiles at Pablo Tac!
We are excited to share that Vista Community Clinic (VCC) recently provided dental services to our students! This year, 71 students received dental care, including oral exams, fluoride treatments, and sealant services.
A special congratulations to Mrs. Hadrian’s class! Her class returned the most dental consent forms. Thank you for helping make sure our students had access to these important health services!
We appreciate all of our families for completing consent forms and supporting the health and well-being of our Hawks. Together, we are helping our students keep their smiles healthy and bright!

Help Support Our Pablo Tac Farmers Market!
Volunteers Needed Throughout the School Year!
Our Pablo Tac Farmers Market is a wonderful opportunity to support our students and families by providing access to fresh, healthy food. We are looking for parent, family, and community volunteers throughout the school year to help with set-up, assisting families, and clean-up.
You do not need to volunteer every month even helping occasionally makes a big difference!
Interested in volunteering? Please contact Alejandra Garcia, School Counselor, to learn more or sign up for an upcoming Farmers Market.
Thank you for being part of the Pablo Tac community and for helping us support our families!

Student Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures
Morning Drop-Off
To ensure a smooth and safe drop-off process, please remember:
-
Have your child ready to exit the car before reaching the drop-off area. Say your goodbyes early to help the line move quickly.
-
Please remain in your car. If your child needs extra assistance, kindly park in a designated spot before helping them.
-
Exiting your car in the drop-off lane slows down traffic and impacts everyone’s morning.
Afternoon Pick-Up
-
Dismissal is at 2:55 PM. Families may not line up for pick-up before 2:30 PM.
-
This is especially important after Labor Day, when Kinder dismissal begins at 2:10 PM. Arriving too early causes the loop to back up before dismissal time.
-
All parents must remain in their cars during pick-up to keep the line moving safely and efficiently.
We appreciate your support in keeping our drop-off and pick-up process safe for everyone!
