A Note from Mrs. Larson
Hello Dunham Families,
Thank you for your understanding during last week’s unexpected power outage. We truly appreciate your flexibility and support.
We want to let you know that we will not need to make up the missed day, and I am currently completing the required paperwork with the state to account for the closure.
As always, please reach out if you have any questions. Thank you again for your continued support!
🌟 Staff Appreciation Week – May 5–9 🌟
This week, we are excited to celebrate the incredible staff at Dunham! Our teachers and support team go above and beyond for our students every day, and this is our chance to say thank you in fun and meaningful ways.
Participation is optional—join in however you’d like!
Here’s our daily celebration schedule:
💐 Monday: They Helped Us Bloom!
Bring a favorite flower (fresh, fake, or hand-drawn) or something with a floral print.
🍪 Tuesday: Treat Day!
Bring in a snack or treat for your favorite staff member.
✨ PTO will be providing coffee from Johnny Java for all staff members!
✉️ Wednesday: They Are NOTEworthy!
Write a note to a staff member sharing how they’ve made a difference this year.
🖍️ Thursday: Supply Them with Thanks!
Help restock the classroom with needed supplies—think tissues, markers, wipes, glue, etc.
🙌 Friday: High Five Friday!
Have your student high five any staff or teacher they see!
✨ PTO will be treating our amazing staff to lunch from Sourdough Co.!
Let’s make this week full of gratitude, smiles, and appreciation for the team that helps our Dragons shine every day! 🐉
In Partnership,
Mrs. Larson
