Has your student lost a jacket, sweater, hat, water bottle, lunch box, eye glasses etc... Did you know that Hicks Canyon has a LOST AND FOUND? Please stop by and claim your STUFF this week! The lost and found cart is located outside the Small MPR. Items not claimed by this Friday, March 14th, will be donated to Goodwill.

At Hicks Canyon we are all about a campus culture that is respectful, responsible, and SAFE for everyone, which starts with our students! We continue to remind student of expectations to always keep their hands to themselves—whether they’re playing, joking around, and especially when they’re feeling upset. As we reinforce this and teach students tools to help regulate their feelings, we appreciate your support from home, reminding our Huskies to ALWAYS keep their hands (and bodies) to themselves! Thank you for working with us to continue to make Hicks Canyon a safe and amazing place!

A friendly reminder to please not park in staff parking spots. You will receive a citation. Also, TK and K, if you run late to find a parking spot in the parent parking areas, please park at Hicks Canyon Park. Enjoy some walk and talk time with your child. The walk from the park is just as the far end of our parking lot. Thank you for working together as it is important we keep our littlest Huskies safe during arrival and dismissal times. Being an elementary school that is as big as many of our middle schools in TUSD means that the parking lot traffic is more challenging than smaller elementary schools.
