Chill Room @ Akins HS

At last week's Coalition Of Schools Educating Boys Of Color (COSEBOC) annual gathering, Akins HS was recognized by one of the keynotes for their Chill Room. It's a safe place where students can go to self-regulate. What a great concept that would be beneficial for all Middle & High Schools in AISD. Amazing stuff, Akins!
