Facility Rentals Just Got Easier - New Scheduling System Launches Monday

Starting Monday, February 3, Wenatchee School District is launching MLSchedules, a new online system for reserving school and athletic facilities.

What's better:

  • Create your account once and use it for all future bookings

  • Upload insurance and IRS documents once - no more resubmitting

  • View real-time availability across all district facilities

  • Streamlined billing process

Why This Change?

We listened to feedback from community groups and user organizations who wanted a simpler, more efficient way to reserve facilities. The new system eliminates repetitive paperwork and makes it easy to see what's available when you need it.

Bonus: Eastmont School District also uses MLSchedules, creating greater consistency and ease of use for organizations that work with both districts.

We're committed to making our facilities accessible and easy to reserve for the community groups and organizations that serve our students and families. This new system is one more way we're working to support you.
