Hey Providence Hall Family, we all need help sometimes. There are so many people that are in a position to give and want to help. If your family needs a little holiday cheer in the form of gifts for the kiddos, please complete this form. Only the school administration will see your submission. An anonymous tag for your request will be created and hung on a Christmas tree in the front office of the Elementary School for people to take and bring back what you requested.
Note: there are questions for up to 4 students on this form. If you have more students in your household that attend Providence Hall please complete the form more than once.
Last year, Providence Hall students had over $6,000 in unpaid lunch balances. Every family’s journey is unique, but together we can make a big difference! Your donation—no matter the size—will go directly toward reducing student lunch debt across all three schools. Help us make sure every Patriot has a healthy meal and the energy to learn and succeed. Join our No-Fuss Fundraiser and help support our students. Every dollar fills a tray and fuels a mind! Click on the photo above or on this link https://sfnd.io/qnjw5 to make a donation. Thank you.
We’re excited to announce that our Giving Tree will be up in the main lobby starting Wednesday, November 19th!
We invite all families, if they would like, to take a tag from the tree and purchase a gift for a Providence Hall student in need. This annual tradition is a wonderful way for our community to come together and make the holiday season brighter for others.
Please remember to:
-
Wrap your gift before returning it.
-
Attach the sticker from the tag securely to your wrapped gift.
-
Return all gifts to the school by Thursday, December 12th.
Your kindness and generosity truly make a difference. Thank you for sharing the spirit of giving and helping our Providence Hall community spread joy this holiday season!
Parents, as we inch closer to cold and flu season please keep in mind the Providence Hall policy regarding when to keep your child home. These policies are in place to protect your child and all the other children in the schools.

PHES Honored Veterans
On Tuesday, students and staff attended an assembly honoring those who have served and are serving our country in the Armed Forces. Thank you, veterans, and families, for your service and sacrifice.

Providence Hall Retiree and retired US Air Force Staff Sergeant Suzanne Kirsch at the assembly.
This week the Treat Trolley was exclusively for students! Recall that they earned this from the fundraiser last month.
