(or until all the rooms are booked).
**IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION**
*Note: The conference hotels have informed us that they do not have the staffing to respond to individual requests to send out W-9 forms or complete Vendor Application forms. You may use the appropriate hyperlink to access the Embassy Suites' W-9 form or the DoubleTree W9 form. To facilitate payments, please send a credit card authorization form to the hotel or provide your credit card for in-person use at the hotel. If your organization needs a Credit Card Authorization form, please contact Kayla Burgess at kayla.burgess@parkshotels.com.
HOTEL INFORMATION
NCSPRA has a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites and DoubleTree hotels in downtown Asheville. The hotels are sister properties adjacent to each other on Haywood Street. The rate for staying at the Embassy Suites is $189 per night. The nightly rate at the DoubleTree is $169. Breakfast is included at the Embassy Suites, but it is not included at the DoubleTree. We also have secured a reduced parking rate, which is the same for both hotels: $20 per day.
All conference sessions will take place at the Embassy Suites hotel.
