There is currently a known issue related to student Chromebooks where students have issues accessing the login screen or see an error page when accessing specific websites such as Clever. We are waiting on Google to push out a fix for this issue.
In the meantime, the workaround to resolve this issue is to turn the Wifi off and back on.
Recently, there has been an increase in phishing schemes directed toward educational institutions. A few phishing scams have circulated in the last week targeting both staff and students.

Current Staff Phishing Scam
A phishing email is currently circulating targeting staff, asking them to participate in an email validation exercise. The scam instructs users to click on a link labeled "CLICK HERE" to validate their email. Please do not click on this link.
