Dear North Elementary Families,

It has been a great couple of weeks at North Elementary! Our 2nd grade students recently took a field trip to the Noblesville Boom basketball game. They had the opportunity to watch an exciting game and experience the energy of live basketball. It was a fun outing filled with school spirit and lots of smiles!

Our 5th grade students also had the opportunity to visit Noblesville High School to attend a Performing Arts Showcase. They enjoyed performances by the Jazz Combo, Orchestra, Choir, and Band. It was a great experience for our students to see the talented musicians and performers.

This past week, we also celebrated Kindness Week. Students participated in fun spirit days and took part in a kindness poster contest. It was wonderful to see so many creative posters and to watch our students intentionally spread kindness throughout our school community.

Have a great weekend!

Recess Reminder Recess Reminder

Although we’ve all enjoyed a few warmer days recently, temperatures are expected to cool down again in the coming weeks. Please continue to send your child to school with a coat, hat, and gloves so they can stay warm and comfortable during outdoor recess.

Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe and prepared for the changing weather!

IRead & ILearn Testing Dates IRead & ILearn Testing Dates

Dear Families,

We have IRead and ILearn testing dates scheduled in the coming weeks. Please make sure your child comes to school prepared during this time—arriving on time, having eaten breakfast, and ready to do their best.

We kindly ask that you schedule any appointments outside of our testing window whenever possible. Consistent attendance and punctuality are very important to help students perform at their highest level.

Thank you for your support and partnership!

New Student Mental Health Care Resource New Student Mental Health Care Resource

We are pleased to announce that effective July 1, 2026 Aspire Indiana Health will be Noblesville Schools’ new school-based mental health partner. Every Noblesville school is staffed with school counselors and social workers, and those services will remain in place. Aspire staff will supplement, not replace, the strong mental health supports already available in our schools. This change follows Community Health Network’s recent announcement that it will no longer be providing in-school mental health care across the state. Impacted families and staff have received additional details. If you have any questions about school-based mental health resources for students, please contact your school counselor or social worker.

Pick-Up Procedures for the Car Rider Line Pick-Up Procedures for the Car Rider Line

Please have your car rider sign displayed in your vehicle when picking up students. If a car rider sign is not visible, you will be asked to go to the office to pick up your student instead. With the extreme cold weather, we are working to keep the car rider line moving as quickly and smoothly as possible.

If you need a car rider sign, please let the front office know.

Thank you for your help and cooperation!

Attendance Notice Attendance Notice

Parents and Guardians,

We hope this message finds you well as we settle into the rhythm of the new school year! We want to share some important updates regarding school attendance that are in accordance with Indiana law.

In accordance with Indiana Code 20-33-2.5-1, we must inform you that school attendance is a legal requirement in Indiana. This year, there are new updates regarding K-12 attendance procedures. To ensure that all students receive the education they deserve, schools are legally required to hold an attendance conference with a parent or guardian once a student has five unexcused absences in a ten-week period. We will hold the conference within 10 instructional days for your student’s fifth unexcused absence

Please utilize the SDM app or call the front office to report your child's absence on the day of no later than 9am. 317-773-0482

We firmly believe that consistent attendance in all classes is vital to your child’s academic success, and we appreciate your partnership in ensuring this. We encourage you to discuss the importance of regular attendance with your child, reinforcing the value of being present and engaged in their education.

We appreciate your continued support and partnership. It is your involvement that makes our school community strong. We look forward to a wonderful year ahead!
