Every OHVA F2F Event Requires HomeTown Tickets

Students and their family members must sign up for F2F Events by securing HomeTown Tickets

  • PARENTS SHOULD ACCOMPANY ALL STUDENTS UNLESS IT IS A HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ONLY EVENT
  • For most face-to-face events, a Learning Coach/Adult ticket must be selected before student ticket option can be accessed to be sure students are accompanied by an adult.
  • Student's HomeTown tickets MUST include their correct Student Number
  • When you log attendance for students, their Student Number appears immediately after the student's name. KNOW THIS NUMBER for your student. Write it down or make a note of it on your cell phone. You need this number to secure HomeTown F2F event tickets.

Students receive F2F credit for attending an event once their Hometown tickets are scanned or they are checked in at the event

  • Students are required to attend 4 F2F events during a school year

  • Carefully read description of event to note if you need any money to attend the event or if the event has items/activities that require you pay at the event
  • Note if the venue is cash only or cashless so you are prepared to pay
  • Arrive at the event on time
  • Always be kind and respectful to all during an event
