Back to School Registration Info for Parents/Guardians

In order to improve the back to school process the Webster Groves School District has now gone completely online with our district forms. Within our Tyler Student Information System, parents and guardians must verify and enter required information for the new school year. Please verify and/or update this information by Aug. 12. To access the back to school online registration forms:

· Go to https://sis.webster.k12.mo.us/wg/parent

· Log in to the parent portal with your username (email) and password. If you forgot your password please select the “Forgot your parent password” and a link to reset your password will be emailed to the email address that you initially provided to the schools. If you don’t have access, please call your school secretary.

· Locate the “Online Registration button.” Please carefully read the instructions for guidance on how to complete all forms.

Thank you for your help in providing us with accurate information about your child(ren). Some school may require additional information, which will come home in backpack mail.

Immunization records must be up to date by August 9th. Students without proper documentation will not be able to attend the first day of school. You may email records to Amy Hensley, our school nurse, at hensley.amy@wgmail.org, mail to or drop off at Hixson, or bring with you at Open House on August 9th. Please see below for more details.

In compliance with our school board policy and state law, all students will need to show proper documentation of immunization compliance by August 9, 2018 to attend the 1st day of school next year. All students entering 8th grade will need documentation that a meningococcal immunization AND Tdap booster immunization have been obtained. This can also include documentation from St. Louis County Department of Health and Senior Services stating that your child has a medical exemption, is in progress of attaining the required immunizations, or has a religious exemption. We are sharing this now in the hopes that no student will have to be excluded from school for not having this required documentation.
