Here Comes The Bus!
As a reminder, please be familiar with your child's typical bus stop time. We are happy to offer "Here Comes the Bus" as an aide for parents tracking their child's bus. We know many parents use this app often, but there may be some times when the app is not exact. We certainly do not want students to miss the bus, so please be sure your student is at their stop at the scheduled time. To remind yourself of your pickup time, visit our Transfinder page.
Mrs. Haringa - School Counselor
This week Miss Sapp has met with kindergarten and first grade classes about how we can use our words to express our feelings with classmates. In addition to this, they have learned what makes a good apology when we have hurt someone's feelings.
This week and next I am in 4th and 5th grade classrooms talking about how friendships change over time and how we can maintain friendships.
The holidays are a fun and busy time of year. Here is a guide with helpful tips to be proactive with your child(ren) about your various plans.

Favorite Things List
The PTO has complied a list of teacher's Favorite Things including some wishlist items.
It is important items to understand the teachers are not asking for gifts. This list is put together by the PTO Hospitality Team. We know that many parents might want to get their child's teacher a gift and this list is to help you select something the teacher would like. Please do not feel obligated to buy a gift for your child's teachers. A thoughtful note from you and/or your child at any time of the year is appreciated just as much or more as any gift.
