May – Reflection & Celebration

The end of the school year is a time to reflect on growth. Ask your child to share something new they learned, a challenge they overcame, and a favorite memory. Celebrate these milestones with a special family activity or small recognition. Recognizing progress boosts motivation and confidence as students prepare for the next grade.

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!

WE'VE MADE IT TO OUR LAST NURSING NOTES OF THE SCHOOL YEAR!

  • 📅 Plan Ahead for Summer Appointments

This is a great time to schedule summer doctor appointments. School health documents are due August 1st. Please note that action plans and medication authorization forms must be updated and submitted every school year! ✍️

  • 🏃‍♂️ IESA Sports Physicals for Student Athletes
Students participating in IESA sports must have an updated sports physical on file. These are valid for 365 days and should be submitted to the athletic department annually.

  • Click the "Health Services" tab on the SD104 webpage for school health documents, health related registration information, and a directory of nursing staff https://www.sd104.us/page/health-services

    HAVE A SAFE & HEALTHY SUMMER! 😎

Thank you for your continued partnership in keeping our students safe, healthy, and ready to learn!
