Office Updates and Clinic Minutes

Proof of Residency: Proof of residency and a birth certificate must be on file in a student's PRC. If you have not already done so, please provide the necessary forms to school ASAP. Contact Mrs. Murphy at the office if you need more information.

Dress for the Weather: As the weather turns colder, please make sure your child is dressed appropriately for outside recess. The clinic has a very limited number of hats, gloves, and coats to lend when a student forgets one of these items.

Medication: Don't forget that all medications must be sent in the original container labeled with your child’s name and date of birth. All prescription medications must have an intact, up to date label. All over the counter medications must be in an unopened container. Package directions will be followed on all medications. In addition, a permission form must be on file and signed by the parent/guardian.

Volunteering at Green

Parents interested in volunteering for class parties, field trips, etc. MUST have a background check on file. The MSD of Martinsville requires a new background check every year. Background checks need to be done in advance due to the time it takes to process the information.

*Please note: We are no longer allowing visitors during lunch. Thank you for your understanding.

Have fun while helping a good cause!

The MHS Dance Marathon club has been working all year to collect money for Riley Children's Hospital. Students and staff at Green are invited to help this worthy cause by attending a fun after school event. The permission slip and entry fee will be collect by Mrs. Murphy at the office.
