Arrivals
- Students arriving by Bus or Carline will be able to enter building starting at 7:45 AM
- Students arriving after 8:00 AM are TARDY and will need to be signed in inside the main office by an adult.
Dismissal
Early dismissals will not be permitted after 2:15 PM and should be avoided unless absolutely necessary. Minimizing classroom disruptions and ensuring smooth consistent dismissals is of the utmost importance. They must be communicated in advance to the classroom teacher and should be infrequent to ensure safe and orderly dismissal for all students.
Between 2:15 PM and 2:52 PM parents and caregivers will be asked to proceed to the carline wait until the standard dismissal time.
Students MUST be picked up from the carline before it closes at 3:10 PM. There is NO drop in aftercare services for unregistered Kids Connect students. There is no supervision when carline closes and issues with late pickups are referred for administrative conferences with building principal. Unresloved late pickup issues may lead to referral to WBPD School Liaison Officer.

Orchard Lake St. Mary's dismisses at 2:54 p.m.
Our Lady of Refuge dismissal time is 3:10 p.m.
We know traffic can be especially heavy around Orchard Lake Road and Commerce Road during this time of day. Please plan for a little extra travel time, and thank you for your patience and understanding as everyone navigates the area safely.
