Leader in Me – Measurable Results Assessment (MRA) Survey
Dear Families,
As part of our school’s ongoing commitment to creating a positive, student-centered learning environment, we are inviting our families to participate in the Leader in Me Measurable Results Assessment (MRA) Survey. This survey is an important part of our school’s work with the Leader in Me framework.
The purpose of the MRA Survey is to:
Gather feedback from parents and guardians about your child’s experiences with leadership, school culture, and academic success.
Measure growth over time in areas such as school climate, student empowerment, and leadership development.
Identify strengths and areas for improvement so we can better support our students, families, and staff.
Guide decision-making for school goals, planning, and future initiatives.
Your responses are completely anonymous, and the survey typically takes 10–15 minutes to complete. The information collected helps our staff and Lighthouse Team understand how well the Leader in Me framework is being used in our school and how we can continue to strengthen our leadership culture.
We value the partnership we have with our families, and your feedback plays a key role in helping us improve. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and support our continued growth.

Warm regards,
Mr. Duckworth
