Thank you, and we look forward to a great Homecoming at WDHS!
HOMECOMING SPIRIT WEEK
Dear Parents and Guardians,
To ensure the safety and security of all our students, we have a required procedure for any early dismissals from school. For your child to be picked up before the regular dismissal time, you will
need to:
1) Complete this Google Form: Early pick-up request form
2) At the time of pick up, please ring the main office doorbell and have your ID available
This helps us ensure that your child is released only to an authorized person.
You can also find the form on our school website under the "For Parents" tab.
SENIOR CLASS TRIP
THERE IS STILL TIME TO RESERVE A SEAT
Dear Parents and Students of the Class of 2026
I’m thrilled to announce that the 2026 Senior Class Disney Trip is officially underway! Click Payment Plan to view the payment plan. I am also sharing REAL-ID requirements so your student is prepared for travel next year. If a traveler is under age 18, they do not require an ID. To purchase trip insurance through Travel Insured, please read below.
There are several attachments to review.
1. Please click WDHS to visit Travel Insured if interested in purchasing the insurance. The link contains a website link specific to WDHS to purchase the optional travel insurance.
DO NOT call to try and book since you may not get the student policy/pricing, and your policy will not be linked to the group.
2. Please click SD23 for the Insurance Pricing and Terms, which outlines the pricing and terms and conditions. There is a telephone number for Travel Insured on this flyer. If you have any further questions, please contact them directly.
The optional “Cancel For Any Reason” must be purchased by the time-sensitive date listed on the “High School” attachment. No exceptions can be made.
NO travel insurance can be purchased once the final payment has been made to the school. For example, if a family pays for their trip in full at the first deposit, they will not be able to purchase the travel insurance.
Have a great week, and as always, please reach out with any questions or concerns.
