Friday Updates

Dear SHS Families,

I am writing this letter as a capstone to the week with my eyes on a busy and exciting weekend ahead of us! I hope to see you at our PTO Trivia night tomorrow night here in the Sacred Heart Parish Hall. It is an exciting, fun-filled time for all, and I look forward to it each year! I hope to see you all on Sunday as well, when our own SHS students help lead the Sunday liturgy. It is such a great opportunity to see our kids living out the Holy mission of the school for our parish.

In case you like to wait for the last moment, there is still the weekend to take your community survey for the school’s accreditation. Information and links are in the newsletter. We thank you for your feedback and help in making SHS the best it can be!

The time to start thinking about next year’s enrollment is coming. Enrollment information and steps for the 2026-2027 will go live next week! Be on the lookout for any changes and important deadlines for scholarship applications and early bird incentives.

With our snowday Monday, we will move our pajama day and pancake breakfast to Friday, February 6th. Students will be able to wear pajamas that day, we will read some stories, and of course, enjoy some pancakes. I would ask that you make sure students are wearing rubber-soled shoes with backs that day. Slippers and socks are unfortunately slip hazards and will not be allowed.
