Welcome Back Letter to Families

Dear Families,

Welcome back to a brand-new school year! We hope you all enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing summer filled with fun and family time.

While our students were resting up, our school was getting a fresh new look! We are thrilled to welcome everyone back to bright classrooms and hallways with new paint and brand-new carpet. The building looks fantastic, and it is completely ready for a year filled with learning, laughter, and growth.

We can’t wait to see all of those smiling faces back on campus next week!

Please drop everything and read this important clarification regarding our Back to School Night this Monday.

We have discovered conflicting information circulating regarding the hours for the event. To ensure everyone arrives at the correct time, please disregard all previous graphics and use the schedule below. It is also critical that all families enter through the Cafeteria Doors.

Correct Schedule for Monday:

• 6th Grade Families: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM

• 7th & 8th Grade Families: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM

(Note: There is a 30-minute overlap. 7th/8th grade families are welcome to arrive starting at 4:30, but please be aware that 6th grade events will still be concluding.)

Despite the confusion, we have a very productive evening planned! Students will be able to:

• Take their official school pictures 📸

• Pick up their assigned Chromebooks 💻

• Receive their finalized schedules 🗓️

• Meet their new teachers 🏫

• Deposit lunch money 🍎

• Drop off any necessary medications with the school nurse 🩺

We apologize for the oversight in the previous communication. Our priority is making sure you have the correct details for a smooth and successful start to the school year.
