Dear Parents,

I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for choosing our school and entrusting us with the education of your children. Our dedicated staff is ready and excited for another wonderful year of learning and growth.

Continuing from last year, my commitment remains steadfast in maintaining high academic standards and offering enriching opportunities for all students. Above all, I prioritize the safety and well-being of our students.

With that in mind, we have made a few updates to our morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up procedures. We kindly ask for your patience as we all adjust to these new changes, which are designed with the utmost care for student safety.

Dear Parents,

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth morning routine for all our students.

Please note that morning drop-off begins at 7:20 AM. We ask that you do not bring your child before this time, as there will be no personnel on duty to supervise before 7:20 AM.

Students should enter through the cafeteria doors, located on the far west side of the building. You may pull up to the designated drop-off curb, as shown in the attached image, to let your children off safely. Please remember that parking is not allowed in this drop-off zone.

If you prefer to park and walk your child to the door, feel free to use any available area in the parking lot. Kindly use designated crosswalk areas for safe crossing.

For security reasons, parents are not allowed in the building during morning drop-off. If you need to see the secretary or have other business, please proceed to the front door and ring the doorbell.

Thank you for your understanding and support in keeping our mornings organized and safe!

If your child arrives late, please ring the doorbell at the school's front entrance.

During dismissal, all parents need to park and walk up to the designated waiting areas according to grade levels (please refer to the attached map). Students will not be allowed to walk through the parking lot without an adult present. If you arrive late for pick-up, please collect your student from the front office.

Breakfast

• Breakfast will be served from 7:20-7:50 am in the cafeteria. All students receive a free breakfast and lunch.

if you are unable to speak to someone, please leave a detailed voicemail with your name, your child's first/last name, the name of the school, the date of the absence, and the absence reason.

Note: Absences cannot be excused after 48 hours.

If you are needing to pick up your student early, you can still call the front office when you are on your way at 575-812-6100.
