Teacher Appreciation
Teacher Appreciation Week is right around the corner – Monday, May 5, 2025, through Friday, May 9, 2025 – and we’re excited to shower our incredible teachers with the appreciation they deserve! Every day, they go above and beyond to keep our students safe, build meaningful connections, provide quality education, and prepare them for success both at Timberland and beyond.
To make this week extra special, we need your help! We're seeking donations from our Amazon registry (link) to help us put together door prizes, large raffle items, a candy bar, a snack bar, and more! Your generosity will allow us to properly spoil our teachers and show them just how much they are valued. Thank you so much for your support!
MRA Survey: We Want Your Feedback!
Parents and families, please take some time to complete this important parent survey. Click here to access this Timberland High School's Spring MRA survey.
This survey was given to our families, students, and staff back in September and again this month. The survey will be facilitated by Leader In Me in partnership with the WSD. This link is unique to our building, so if you have kids in multiple schools, please check their newsletter to answer questions for that building. This survey will close on April 30, 2025.
Learn more about this survey and its purpose here. Find the fall results here.
Wentzville School District News & Updates
INTRODUCING HALL PASS
This spring, WSD middle schools and high schools are implementing a new system called Hall Pass, which is integrated into the existing Focus student information system. Hall Pass will provide a real-time overview of students who are outside of their scheduled classes, which enhances school safety and organization by allowing staff to see who is where at any given moment quickly. It will also offer valuable insights into student academic achievement by monitoring in-class learning time and aid in managing the supervision of students during the school day/class time.

Each month, Timberland's staff has the opportunity to shout out students and staff that are making a difference. In this month's "Student & Staff Spotlight," we celebrate the achievements and contributions of our exceptional individuals who make our school community vibrant and inspiring.
Shoutout to Jacob Aydelott for becoming Timberland’s first-ever All-State boys basketball player! We all had a feeling that this honor was coming, but Jacob’s excitement when he found out was a reminder of how much hard work and dedication went into this achievement. Way to make Timberland proud, Jacob!
Timberland PE teacher and basketball coach, Coach DeWeese was named Coach of the Year and District Coach of the Year! His ability to recognize each player’s strengths and empower them to play their best truly inspired his team.
