This month, we are feeling inspired by the reminder to see gratitude as the completion of thankfulness. Thankfulness lives in words, gratitude is shown in acts.

When we take time to acknowledge and recognize the people and things for which we are grateful, it forces us to focus on positivity. It creates space in our minds and lives for goodness. It also helps us remember good experiences and deal with certain adversities.

How might you reflect and bring this practice into your work with students and staff?
