3rd Grade Field Trip to Husson University for Wabanaki Play from 10:40 am - 12:30 pm
1st Grade Field Trip to Bangor Public Library - Wednesday, May 21 from 9:30-11:00
PreK Field Trip - Thursday, May 22
PTO Spring Fair and Ice Cream Social - Thursday, May 22 from 5:30 - 7:00 pm (rain date June 5th)
2nd Grade Field Trip to Roger's Farm at UMaine - Friday, May 23 (bus leaves at 9:15 and returns around 11:30)
3rd Grade "Downeast to Bangor" Art Field Trip with Mr. Boomer - Tuesday, May 27 from 9:15 - 10:15 am
3rd Grade combined Chorus Concert at Peakes Auditorium - Thursday, May 29 at 5:30 pm (Students need to arrive by 5:15 pm.)

Nothing but water in classrooms

Just a reminder that students are not allowed anything other than water in the classrooms. We have many spills daily and since we have rugs in the hallways and classroom, we cannot allow drinks other than water in classes. If they bring other drinks to school, they can drink them at lunch time.

3rd Grade Maine Through Year Assessments

3rd grade students will be taking the very important State Maine Through Year Assessment on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings this week. They will begin testing promptly at 9:15 am and it will last until approximately 11:00 am. Please have your student at school by 9:00 am those two mornings. It is also a great idea to make sure they are well rested and have a good breakfast those mornings as well! Thank you for supporting your child for this important assessment! 🙂

Teach a Child to Save Month

Megan Mansfield from Machias Savings Bank came to speak to first grade students about the importance of saving. Each child went home with their very own bank to start their savings!
