TITLE I MEETING - Feb. 27th
The month of February letβs continue practicing kindness together in school, as a family and in our community.
Week 3- Random Acts of Kindness and Having an Attitude of Gratitude
Watch our third 4-part miniseries video about Kindness.
Kindness grows when we notice the good in our lives, appreciate others and take time to let them know.
We are taking a moment to pause, notice what we are thankful for, and let others know they are appreciated. When we understand our feelings and needs, we can show more compassion and empathy, leading to small, thoughtful acts of kindness that can brighten someoneβs day and create a positive ripple effect.
Continue noticing and spreading gratitude by practicing any of these tools on your own or with your family throughout the year:
Gratitude Moment- think of a person you are grateful for and let them know.
Peer Cheer- with a friend or family member take turns sharing and receiving gratitude.
Appreciation Circle-What do you want to appreciate right now?
Together, these small moments of gratitude and kindness can make a big difference in our school community.
