Where Learning Comes First
Principal's Post
Happy Friday!
Our school district is partnering with Collaborative Equity Solutions’ Disproportionality Lab to conduct an Equity Study. The study will examine school practices and how they connect with student experiences and outcomes in special education, discipline, MTSS and student supports, and advanced programming—including Gifted, AP, Honors, IB, and career pathways.
We want to hear from you. Parents, caregivers, and community members may participate in one or both of the following ways:
- Complete the parent/community survey
The survey offers a flexible way to share your experiences and perspectives at a time that is convenient for you. - Join a virtual focus group
Please use the QR codes on the attached flyer to access the survey and register for the virtual focus group. Focus-group space is limited, and we are seeking broad representation from families and community members with different experiences and perspectives.
Participation is voluntary, but your voice matters. Your feedback will help the district better understand the experiences of students and families and identify opportunities to strengthen school practices.
Thank you for considering this opportunity to contribute to this important work.
