3rd grade prep homework!

Thank you THANK YOU to all the chaperones that joined us to Legoland!! Special shout-out to Ms. Martin and Ms. Carlson, who spent a lot of time helping us organize this! Also a BIG thank you to the PTA that make fun events like field trips possible. We appreciate your time and efforts more than we can even say!

Second grade has noticed an increase in the amount and frequency of students coming to school without a snack. As a reminder, we have the latest lunch of the day and this means they are really hungry at snack time! Many students bring a large snack and a small lunch, which seems to work great!!

We are SO lucky to have a PTA that provides extra snacks for the grade level! But these are reserved for people that truly need a snack provided by school or occasionally have a crazy morning and forget. Please talk to your Ocelot about how they feel about their snack (need more/ something different) and remind them of the purpose of extra snacks. We appreciate your help, as it really does make the day run smoother! We do not want your Ocelot getting hangry while at school 😄
