Eastview Carnival

Hello Eastview Families!

As the school year begins to wind down, we know our students are excited for the annual Eastview Carnival. Following the tremendous success of the Cupid Shuffle fundraiser, we’ve reassessed the need for Carnival as a fundraising event. Originally created to support the PTA, the Carnival will now shift its focus.

Instead of fundraising, we're transforming the Carnival into an inclusive, school-wide celebration that encourages participation from every student! This year, the event will be completely free for all, ensuring that everyone can join in on the fun. Students can look forward to the same exciting games, enticing prizes, delicious fair food, and the beloved raffle we all cherish. Scheduled during the school day, this celebration serves as a well-deserved reward for our students' hard work and dedication.

Let's come together and make this a memorable experience for everyone!

We’ll be sharing more details soon, including ways you can volunteer or donate. We wanted to inform you of this change early so you can plan ahead if you'd like to get involved.

This decision was made with the best interests of all our students in mind. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone!

Warmly,

Eastview PTA

Elementary Gifted Services Presentation

Social Studies Curriculum Adoption

Our district’s Social Studies curriculum is undergoing its 6-year review cycle for the upcoming school year. A district level committee representing each building and grade level has examined several different programs. We welcome parent feedback on these programs. We will have an Open House to preview physical copies of materials and meet with the representatives from the finalist programs. This is scheduled for Thursday, March 27, 2025 from 2:00-4:00 PM at Avon Lake High School in the media center.
