AVA Family Update
December 6, 2024
Good morning AVA Students and Families,
As we move to trimester two, there are a few things to note:
1. Report Cards will be published Wednesday.
2. While most of our classes are year long, most students have at least one single trimester course. Please refer to Aspen to see what has replaced your T1 class(es). All courses will be updated in Edgenuity by Monday morning.
Thank you for your time.

Guidance Updates
Free COVID Test Kits
Flu season has arrived with the cold weather, and the federal government is offering another round of 4 free test kits to each US household. Click HERE to order, as well as read updated guidelines about extended expiration dates.
FAFSA is Open
For college-bound AVA seniors, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for 2025-26 is now open! Click HERE to access the FAFSA form, and click HERE to create an FSA ID; students and at least one parent/guardian will need an FSA ID to digitally complete and sign the FAFSA. The FAFSA can be a complicated process, so please reach out to Ms. Nellie with any questions.
Scholarships
Once again for any college-bound senior: the AHS Guidance Dept. webpage has updated its scholarship page. Please check it out HERE and feel free to reach out with any questions or for assistance.
As always, please feel free to email me (nng@attleboroschools.com) with any questions, comments, or concerns. Have a safe and warm weekend!
