Registration Process:

STEP 1- Create an Account on Family ID

• Scroll all the way to the bottom of the Piedmont Highlander Registration Introduction and click on the blue Create Account button and create an account.

STEP 2- Complete the Online Registration

• Complete the entire registration form - it is one long form.

STEP 3- Submit Medical Authorization Form

-Medical authorization form must be signed by a physician and dated June 15, 2025 or later. Guardians must sign the medical authorization form as well.

STEP 4- Submit your Piedmont Coaches Stipend Fund donation of $385/sport on Family ID.

Remember to upload a digital copy of your completed and signed Medical Authorization form. Please do not bring forms into the office.

The Piedmont High School Coaches Stipend Fund is the sole source of paying for all Piedmont High School Athletic Coaches stipends. The stipends each coach receives is the only payment they receive for their commitment and time spent coaching our student athletes. We ask that each student athlete donate $385 per sport each year in order to pay for our amazing coaches.

Our goal for 2025/2026 is have 100% of our teams reach 100% participation.

Coaches Stipend Fund Donations can be made when registering your athlete on Family ID or on Infinite Campus School Store.

2. Click School Store on left side-

3. Click on PHS Essentials

4. Click on the Coaches Stipend Fund (purple griffon)

5. Scroll until you see your specific sport

6. Click on Logo

7. Enter your child's name under recipient

8. Add to Cart and check out
