Happy Monday!

Hello Spring Brook Families,

We had a wonderful first week of school and kicked off week two with yellow day for kindergarten. I love seeing all the bright yellow through the halls. This week we are focusing on safety by practicing fire and severe weather drills. See below for important information. Go Huskies!

Important Information

Parking Reminders for Arrival and Dismissal

With limited spaces to park, here are some reminders to help ensure the safety of our students:

Our staff created a video reminding families about front circle drive drop off in the morning. Click here to view!
The parking lot is closed during arrival and dismissal unless there are special circumstances and you receive a parking pass from the office.
There is a 'Kiss and Ride' lane on Wedgewood. Please do not park and leave your vehicle.
Parking is only allowed on the East side of Seiler. Do not park on the West side.

Street parking is available on other surrounding neighborhood streets.
Obey traffic signs and our crossing guards. You should not block fire hydrants or driveways.
Remember to model safe crossing behavior by only crossing at a designated crosswalks.

Kindergarten Color Days

Kindergarten is learning to read, write, and identify their colors. Help us support them by wearing wearing certain colors on the following days:

Wednesday, August 26: Green

Friday, August 28: Blue

Tuesday, September 1: Purple

Friday, September 4: Rainbow

Forgotten Items

Please drop off any forgotten items (lunches, water bottles, etc) by 10:45am to ensure we are able to deliver items to your student in a timely fashion. Thank you!

Future Planning: we will have a law enforcement drill and a fire drill with the Naperville Fire Department. These dates, with additional information, will be communicated once they've been scheduled.
