WUSD School Board Meeting Summary

• WUSD would provide an operational contribution in 2024 of $178,000 indexed to inflation at 3% annually for the remainder of the 6 - year agreement
• WUSD would provide a capital contribution in 2024 of $100,000 per year for the first three years of the agreement. Beginning year four, $100,000 indexed to inflation at 3% annually for years four, five, and six.
• City of Whitewater would provide the remainder of the operational contribution in 2024 estimated at $258,767; would contribute the required operational contribution needed to fill the gap in funding (deficit), and would be responsible for any operational overages (surplus) for the remainder of the 6 - year agreement
• The City of Whitewater would provide a capital contribution of $100,000 per year for the first three years of the agreement. Beginning year four, $100,000 indexed to inflation at 3% annually for years four, five, and six.

The following donations over $1,000.00 were accepted by the School Board with great appreciation:

• $1,000.00 from HSI Rentals for Ferradermis
• $1,000.00 from First Citizens State Bank for Ferradermis
