DRRHS Scheduling Process 2026-2027
A Message From The DRRHS Administration
Over the past weeks DRRHS students and teachers have been discussing individual schedules for next school year. During this time teachers of core classes have been inputting their class recommendations into Aspen. We are now ready for students to begin reviewing those recommendations and choosing their elective classes for the 2026-2027 school year. Students should plan on reaching out to their guidance counselor as they navigate this process.
We ask that students review their core courses and choose their electives in Aspen by Monday, March 16th.
The button below will give access to the Program of Studies for reference.
Please reach out to guidance or the administration with any questions.
DRRHS Course Approval and Elective Selection Instructions
STEP 1
Log-in to the Aspen Student and Parent Portal.
STEP 2
Select the MY INFO top tab.
STEP 3
Select the REQUESTS side tab.
Please Note!
If you are not able to view the page with the "Select" button, then on the top left corner, click on "Entry Mode"
STEP 4
Under PRIMARY REQUESTS, select the preferred electives. Select as many as it takes so that you have signed up for 35 total credits (includes core classes recommended by your teachers). You will see the credit count at the top of the page. Full year electives are 5.0 credits and semester electives are 2.5 credits.
STEP 6
Under ALTERNATE REQUESTS, select a minimum of 3 (but preferably 6) electives in case you do not get the courses you selected as primary requests. Please be sure to prioritize them. Do not choose electives you already chose as your primary electives above.
STEP 7
Select "POST". Please Note: A message may appear that it cannot save. However, the selections are automatically saved.
For CTE Students Only!
Click on the "Exit Entry Mode" and there you will see that your CTE course has already been entered into the schedule for you.
